Für einen erfolgreichen digitalen Wandel ist kontinuierliches und lebenslanges Lernen einer der grundlegenden Bausteine. Allerdings erschwert unter anderem die Intransparenz des Weiterbildungsmarktes das Zusammenstellen von beispielsweise individualisierten Angeboten. Im Verbundprojekt ‚Learning
Journey. Individuell. Informell. Mobil‘ (‚LIMo‘), welches durch das Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) gefördert und durch das Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung (BIBB) betreut wird, wird ein Selbstbewertungs-Tool für Unternehmen entstehen, das hierfür direkt eine Lösung anbietet. Der „LIMo-Navigator“ fragt die benötigten Kompetenzen ab und überprüft den aktuellen Stand der Weiterbildung sowie die Lernkultur im Unternehmen. Ziel ist es, Entwicklungsbedarfe aufzudecken und darauf basierend einen individuellen, auf das Unternehmen abgestimmten Kompetenzkatalog vorzuschlagen.
Der LIMo-Navigator extrahiert in kurzer Bearbeitungszeit den individuellen Reifegrad eines Unternehmens in Bezug auf dessen Weiterbildungspotenziale. Dadurch soll die Gestaltung individueller Weiterbildung im Unternehmen erleichtert werden.
N2  - Transformation processes in the course of digitalization and the transition to Industrie 4.0 pose major challenges for companies and their employees, including in terms of continuing education. Continuous and lifelong learning is one of the fundamental building blocks for a successful digital transformation. However, the lack of transparency in the professional training market makes it difficult to put together individualized course programs, for example.
In the project ‘Learning Journey: Individual. Informal. Mobile.’ (‘LIMo’), which receives funding from the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and is supervised by the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB), a self-assessment tool for companies will be developed that offers a direct solution to this problem. The LIMo Navigator queries a company’s required skills and competencies and reviews the current status of the
company’s continuing education initiatives and its learning culture. The aim is to identify development needs and, on this basis, to propose a skills catalog specifically tailored to the company. After a short processing time, the LIMo Navigator determines the maturity level of the company with regard to its continuing education and training activities. This is intended to facilitate the design of targeted professional education offerings in the company.
