N2  - Das EU-Projekt PROSPECTS 5.0 dient dem Übergang der Industrie 4.0 zur Industrie 5.0. Der Fokus von Industrie 5.0 liegt auf Menschenzentriertheit, Nachhaltigkeit und Resilienz. Großunternehmen, KMU und Start-ups sollen durch die angestrebten Projektergebnisse von PROSPECTS 5.0 bei der digitalen und ökologischen Transformation in Richtung Industrie 5.0 unterstützt werden. Gleichzeitig soll die Projektarbeit dazu dienen, politische Entscheidungsprozesse zu erleichtern und die Forschung zu stärken. Besonderes Augenmerk liegt hierbei auf produzierenden Unternehmen, da diese eine zentrale Rolle in der industriellen Wertschöpfung spielen. Durch die Implementierung menschenzentrierter Produktionsmethoden
können produzierende Unternehmen ihre Effizienz steigern, nachhaltiger wirtschaften und flexibler auf Marktveränderungen reagieren. Dies fördert nicht nur die Arbeitszufriedenheit und Kreativität der Beschäftigten, sondern steigert letztlich auch die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Unternehmen. Durch die Einbindung zahlreicher Stakeholder entstehen praxisnahe und breit anwendbare Lösungen, die auf die spezifischen Bedürfnisse der verschiedenen Zielgruppen abgestimmt sind.
N2  - The European project PROSPECTS 5.0 supports the transition from Industry 4.0 to Industry 5.0. The focus of Industry 5.0 is on human-centeredness, sustainability, and resilience. PROSPECTS 5.0 targets large companies, SMEs, and start-ups, aiming to support them in the digital and ecological transformation towards Industry 5.0. At the same time, the project intends to facilitate political decision-making processes and strengthen research. Particular attention is paid to manufacturing companies, as they play a central role in industrial value creation. By implementing human-centered production methods, manufacturing companies can increase their efficiency, operate more sustainably and respond more flexibly to market changes. This not only promotes the job satisfaction and creativity of employees, but ultimately also increases the competitiveness of companies.The involvement of numerous stakeholders results in practical and widely applicable solutions that are tailored to the specific needs of the different target groups.
