- VET4CHAINS strives to enhance the education and professional growth of Vocational Education and Training (VET) practitioners and small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) staff in the automotive industry. The project introduces an international Work-Based Learning (WBL) training program, combining online and in-person learning, with a specific focus on five core areas: WBL introduction, sustainable value chains, Industry 4.0 challenges, change management, and digital innovation in SMEs. Key Components: • Collaboration: Engaging partners from public and private sectors in target countries. • Alignment: Reflecting European cooperation framework priorities (ET 2020). • Long-Term Goals: EU-standard accreditation for a double international certification. Project Impact: • Quality Enhancement: Analyzing target regions, developing a market-aligned curriculum for improved education and training efficiency. • Innovation Focus: Promoting digital competency acquisition, training WBL trainers for creativity and innovation. VET4CHAINS envisions sustainable impact, fostering skills and practices aligned with the dynamic needs of the automotive industry
