• Deliverable D4.2 presents the design, rationale, and structure of a blended-learning training programme addressed to tutors from training centers and in-company tutors and facilitators involved in Work-Based Learning (WBL). The programme has been developed through a participatory and co-creative process involving all project partners, reflecting the heterogeneous contexts in which WBL takes place across countries, sectors, and institutional settings. The training programme responds to the increasing complexity of workforce learning and the evolving role of WBL trainers, who are required not only to transfer technical knowledge, but also to act as mediators between educational institutions, companies, and learners. By combining online interactive workshops, e-learning content hosted on the project platform, and a face-to-face wrap-up session, the programme supports flexible, practice-oriented, and scalable learning pathways for adult professionals. Deliverable D4.2 constitutes a core output of Work Package 4 and provides the conceptual and methodological foundation for the international certification of WBL trainers developed in Deliverable D4.9. It contributes directly to the achievement of KPI 6 by establishing a common competence-based training framework for WBL trainers across partner organizations.
