Daher hat das FIR an der RWTH Aachen eine Entscheidungshilfe entwickelt, die eine Unterstützung zur Auswahl vertragsrechtlicher Instrumente liefert. Dieses Werkzeug richtet sich an Orchestratoren, um Rechtssicherheit zu schaffen und den langfristigen Erfolg des Business-Ecosystems zu fördern.
