Während in Teil I unserer Serie (siehe f+h 7-8/2019) Herausforderungen und Strategien der Urbanen Logistik im Fokus standen, geht der vorliegende zweite und abschließende Teil auf die Potenziale der Urbanen Logistik ein. Außerdem werden konkrete Vorschläge gemacht, wie ein Konzept zur Orchestrierung der Vielzahl an Anbietern mit ihren Einzellösungen aussehen kann.
