This paper addresses a significant milestone in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its role in continuing education. One of the main challenges in understanding AI today is the lack of consensus on its definition. In this paper, the concept of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is first considered from a pragmatic perspective. This should help to better understand the application of AI in industry and in companies, in order to improve efficiency and performance in the workplace through the use of AI on learning platforms.
