DecentraLEAD: Dezentral erfolgreich arbeiten / DecentraLEAD: Successful Decentralized Working

  • Im Projekt „DecentraLEAD – Entwicklung eines Vorgehens zum Einsatz KMU-spezifischer Managementinstrumente für die Gestaltung dezentraler Arbeitsplatzkonzepte“ werden KMU zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von hybridem Arbeiten und Remote Work durch dezentrale Arbeitsplatzkonzepte befähigt. Das Projekt wird zusammen mit dem International Performance Research Institute (IPRI) bearbeitet und von der Arbeitsgemeinschaft industrieller Forschungsvereinigungen Otto von Guericke e. V. gefördert. Ziel des Projekts ist es, KMU zeitnah durch praxisnahe und passgenaue Managementinstrumente für dezentrales Arbeiten zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von hybridem Arbeiten und Remote Work zu befähigen.
  • In the project “DecentraLEAD – Development of a Procedure for the Use of SME-Specific Management Tools for the Design of Decentralized Workplace Concepts”, SMEs are enabled to successfully establish hybrid and remote working practices with the help of decentralized workplace strategies. The project is being developed together with the International Performance Research Institute (IPRI) and receives funding from the German Federation of Industrial Research Associations Otto von Guericke e. V.. The aim of the project is to empower SMEs to successfully implement hybrid and remote working in a timely manner by means of practical, tailored management tools for decentralized working.
