Development of an optimized 8D problem-solving process with the aim of reducing process lead times
- The master thesis was written externally in "KOSTAL Automotive Electrical systems", an automotive supplier concern located in Lüdenscheid, Germany. The aim of the thesis is to reduce the leadtime in one of the company's complaint management processes - 8D problem solving process according to the requirements agreed between KOSTAL and its customers.
